  I 100% do not recommend renting a commercial property from these guys! The commercial manager is absolutely useless and rude, she is in the wrong industry and I don’t know how she got this position, she cares more about the vaccine rather than doing her job!!

  Disgusting customer service, didnt get back till 4 weeks later on an application. Would not recommended working with them ever. Very unhappy with the way things turned out... 0/5 stars if i could...

  Scott and Christie provided us with amazing service! Coming from the city, we were a bit scared by the nasty nature of the real estate game. Scott and Christie flipped around that perception and then some. From the moment we viewed the property, put our offer in and liaised with the vendors, and did our final inspection - there was nothing but absolute professionalism, support and warmth. Both were super responsive at every stage of the process and even offered to share local information after we move in! As first home owners we had a LOT of questions and they were all answered with utmost patience! We were also blown away by the welcome back that was waiting for us when we entered our new home. I'd recommend this team in a heartbeat!

  In the middle pf a pandemic we decided to sell our home. After speaking with several agents we decided on Christie and Scott our local agents at Alex Scott & Staff. we received good feedback about the property, our price and the way forward. Communication was good and clear and we always knew where we stood and what steps we needed to take next. Christie and Scott went above and beyond their job descriptions organising and assisting with the removal of some furniture that was left behind . It was a kind gesture that we are extremely grateful for. I recommend Christie and Scott from Alex Scott & Staff Korumburra.

  Scott McKenzie has provided me with outstanding service from the get go. From the moment I attended my first open for inspection, he has been responsive, friendly and incredibly professional. I have now purchased a place he and his colleague Christie listed and it has been nothing but easy to work with them - even when special requests have been made - nothing has been too much trouble. I cannot recommend them highly enough. If more real estate agents took a leaf from Scott's book it would make the process of purchasing a place more enjoyable. Thanks to Scott and the team at Alex Scott Korumburra. I will be recommending you highly to my family and friends. Pip Rice.
